COUNSELING SERVICES

Our past shapes our present. Bringing awareness to the patterns, messages and meanings we operate from is a key component of growth. Counseling is an opportunity to gain new perspective and emotional maturity. So often the way we think about ourselves and relate to others is rooted in hurts and wounds. In session, we will explore core messages and experiences as a way of understanding the story you tell yourself about yourself. Using that insight, you will begin to challenge and rewrite your narrative.
